The holiday season is here, and it’s time to continue the cheer. What better way to toast Day 8 of the Holiday Mocktail Countdown than with a drink that sparkles, dazzles, and delights? Meet the Jingle Berry Fizz, a festive mocktail that captures the essence of the holidays in every fizzy sip.
Bursting with vibrant berries, refreshing mint, zesty lime, and the bubbly joy of ginger ale, this drink is the perfect companion for holiday parties, cozy evenings, or just because you want to treat yourself. Plus, it’s a mocktail, so it’s all fun and no fuss—you bring the spirit, and this drink brings the sparkle!

- Assorted Berries: Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Raspberry Lemonade - 2 cups
- Ginger Ale
- Lime - 1
- Your Favorite Sweetener
- Mint Leaves
- Ice
- Extra Berries
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Fresh Mint
How to Make the Jingle Berry Fizz
- Add a handful of assorted berries, 3-5 mint leaves, the juice of 1/2 a lime, and 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup (or your preferred sweetener) to your glass.
- Muddle the Magic: Grab a muddler or a sturdy kitchen tool and gently mash the ingredients together. The muddling releases the aromatics of the mint and berries, creating a burst of holiday scents that’ll have you singing fa-la-la-la-la!
- Add the Ice: Fill your glass with ice—however much you like! I like a lot, ESPECIALLY crushed ice.
- Pour the Base: Add 1 cup of raspberry lemonade and top the rest of the glass with ginger ale.
- Garnish & Serve: Finish with a garnish of extra berries, a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds, and a sprig of fresh mint.
Repeat the steps for your second glass, hand one to your holiday buddy, and let the festivities begin! When you take your first sip, make sure to look at your neighbor and say: “CHEERS my dears!”
