But hold on—there’s more!

This holiday creation also celebrates the Pantone Color of the Year for 2025: Mocha MousseWith its rich, chocolatey hues, this drink embodies the warm, comforting elegance of the year’s trendiest tone. So grab your martini glasses, roll up your sleeves, and let’s whip up this show-stopping mocktail!

Why You’ll Love the Holiday S’mores-Tini
S’mores are the quintessential summer treat, but why should they be limited to camping and warm-weather bonfires? The Holiday S’mores-Tini lets you enjoy all the gooey, chocolatey, graham cracker goodness you love, but with a festive winter twist. It’s creamy and indulgent, but not heavy. And let’s not forget the dramatic (in a good way) presentation: a fully assembled s’more perched atop each glass.

How to Make the Holiday S’mores-Tini
Prep Time: 10-12 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients For the Mocktail:

  • Hot Chocolate - 1 cup
  • S’mores-Flavored Syrup - 1.5 Tbsp
  • Half and Half - Just a splash!
  • Marshmallow Topping
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Graham Crackers
  • Chocolate Bar
  • Marshmallows

For the Garnish:

  • Crushed Graham Crackers (for the rim)
  • An Assembled S’more
  • Chocolate Syrup

Recipe

  1. Prep Your Glasses: In a Ziploc bag, crush two graham crackers until fine. Rim the edge of your martini glasses with marshmallow topping, then dip the rims into the graham cracker dust. This step sets the stage for your s’mores masterpiece.
  2. Make the Hot Chocolate: Prepare your hot chocolate (homemade or packet—you choose!) in a saucepan or microwave. Let it cool for 3-5 minutes while you assemble the rest of your mocktail.
  3. Assemble the S’mores: While your hot chocolate cools, assemble your s’mores using graham crackers, the chocolate bar, and marshmallows. Toast them in the oven or use a handheld kitchen torch for that perfectly gooey, golden-brown finish. (Pro tip: The gooier, the better!)
  4. Shake It Up: To a shaker, add ice, your cooled hot chocolate, s’mores-flavored syrup, and a splash of half and half. Shake it like a salt shaker for 20-30 seconds to create a creamy, chilled mocktail.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Drizzle chocolate syrup inside each martini glass for an extra touch of decadence. Pour in your shaken (not stirred!) mocktail, then top each glass with an assembled s’more. Finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and any leftover graham cracker dust on top.

Mocktail to Cocktail: If you’re feeling festive, add 1-2 ounces of chocolate liqueur or marshmallow vodka to your shaker for an adult twist.
